The Estate Dairy
We use the best cultured butter produced by The Estate Dairy less than an hour’s drive away from the bakery in Cholmondeley, Cheshire. They also share our commitment to quality and sustainability. The Estate Dairy sources milk from small, local farms, ensuring the highest quality and traceability. Their cows graze on idyllic pastures, resulting in milk with a unique golden colour and rich flavour that perfectly complements our pastries.
