Bread Bin Bakery was founded by Lisa Bindahnee. After a successful legal career as a media lawyer, Lisa decided to pursue her passion for baking and open her dream bakery. Our concept is simple, but far from the ordinary. Lisa's ethos is to only use fresh, natural ingredients and traditional methods to make the finest artisanal baked goods. All produce is made on site by hand from scratch and baked fresh daily.
Our Mission
At Bread Bin Bakery, we are committed to using only good quality ingredients in our products. We believe in being transparent with our customers about what's in our food and we have nothing to hide. We are passionate about educating people about the benefits of eating real bread made with simple, wholesome ingredients. Our bread is free of preservatives and chemicals. It also has a fermentation time of 24 - 33 hours. This slow fermentation process not only makes our bread taste better, but it also makes it easier to digest and good for your gut health.
